Madden 13 will have improved defense
According to a top EA executive, madden 13 will focus on making the defensive side of the ball more fun and realistic. It is still early so we will see if this actually happens.

This is good news. Maybe awareness will finally matter more than speed.

Hopefully the tackling rating will matter more than hit power too this year.
