Recruiting bonus?
In dynasty does anyone know what the recruiting advisory bonus is or why certain players get it when your talking to them ?

Its ones that your recruit adviser recommends you to talk to and you they are more interested that week. But sometimes I have seen to be random and thats the only thing I got for that.
