Sounds Packs & Rosters
So, there is a forum I check once a week or so for stadium sound packs. The creator is some high school kid who doesn't really 1. have the time and 2. understand efficiency. His first post was about June, and to this date he has only 10 teams completed. He spends more time updating the damn sounds than he does worry about just creating them and fixing later. We all know that one guy on our team who has a new walkup song every week, so it's impossible to be 100% up to date. With the season almost over it may be a mute point to most people, but this is something we should consider to do in the future. Get a couple guys together and generate some really cool sound packs (get our name out a little ya know).
Tied in to this is to make some really cool realistic rosters. There are some really good ones out there, but ratings are some times favored (Ash you know damn well you'd make Harvey the best prospect in the game lol). Once again it's late in the season, but this could be something we can start kicking the tires around for 13. I always see that OS roster to download, would be nice to see the VGS roster up at the top too.

Oh...hell if I know lol...I thought you'd figure that out? I know there a lot of places online to find out what guy's songs are, and then you just piece them together and edit them in game. A couple years back I did my own Cardinals pack, and I'm not too good with editing and the like, so that can't be too hard.
As far as rosters go, that would take quite a bit of research obviously. You'd want to find out who's good from each organization, and what skill is better than the other. Would have to take some time looking at stances and pitching delivery. THEN you'd get into facial editing (which is something I can't do in the least bit, I've tried).
It sounds like a lot for one guys plate, and it is, but I think if you have 4 or 5 guys all working on the same thing but different aspects I can see it being a little easier.
