Variable Ump Calls
after a conversation with helms yesterday i was wondering..........
has anyone played with a strike zone that wasnt variable? the first thing i did when i saw this feature in '10 was to turn it on. i love having balls and strike variable give a more simulation feel and although you get shafted some times i do think it evens itself out
Its aggravating, but I like how it attempts to add "human error" to the game. Its cool how it varies and how the announcers react throughout a game. I like it.
i tried it today with accurate balls and strikes... found myself thinking bullshit at some calls anyway. dont think you can win lol
