The coolest glitch in recent hockey video game history has been spreading across the gaming community rapidly and today we have the pleasure of showing you what it is and exactly how to do it.
The move is being called the, “Hercules Check” and it sends your opponent flying into the stands. To successfully pull off the maneuver, just do a hip check while going for a line change.

Haha, that is a hilarious glitch, and I am sure that it will be part of the legacy of this game now. I think that we could even see a “Hercules Check” as a cheat or something in future iterations of this series. I also love how they use Chara in the video because I think those kind of physics could actually apply to one of his hits! I was going to skip this game because I have NHL 12, but I decided to check it out after a coworker at DISH told me that it was much better. I decided to rent it through my Blockbuster @Home account from DISH because I can get both movies and games with my subscription, so I really had nothing to lose. I am really glad that I decided to check it out because the simulated season in the GM mode is probably the closest thing we will actually get to a NHL season this year. 🙁
