5 Worst Madden 13 QB’s

Welcome Madden fans.  It’s that time of year again.  With the game dropping here in just a couple weeks and the demo only a few days away, we are releasing our 5 worst starting QB’s in Madden NFL 13 based off of their “Madden efficiency” not just their overall ratings.  What we did here at VG was take some of the most important ratings for a QB in the game of Madden and came up with their “Madden Efficiency Rating”.  The list of attributed used was thoroughly discussed by some of the best Madden players, and these were the 5 starting QB’s that were in the bottom of our rankings.

At #5 we have the Kansas City Chiefs Matt Cassel with a Madden Efficiency Rating of 77.33.  His combo of low THP and THA earned him his spot as the fifth worst QB in Madden NFL 13.

At #4  the Buffalo Bills Ryan Fitzpatrick with a Madden Efficiency Rating of 77.19.  He has the speed to get away from some pressure and gain some yards if need be, but don’t expect him to “zip” one in a tight space with his dismal 82 THP.

At #3 the Seattle Seahawks Matt Flynn with a Madden Efficiency Rating of 76.33.  His noodle arm and low throw accuracy makes him a liability to your offense.  Seahawks users feed Lynch.

At #2 the Minnesota Vikings Christian Ponder with a Madden Efficiency Rating of 72.87.  The lowest awareness out of any starting QB in the NFL and add on his low accuracy rating and he secures his place as almost the worst QB in Madden NFL 13.

And here we have it folks at #1 the Cleveland Browns Colt McCoy with a Madden Efficiency Rating of only 71.34.  He just doesn’t have what it takes to get the ball where it needs to be it’s as simple as that.  Also he has the lowest THP out of any starting QB in the NFL, so with all of that he seals his spot as the worst QB in Madden NFL 13.

Thank you guys for reading we will also be coming out with the top 5 QB’s in Madden NFL 13 based on madden efficiency.  Have a great day and happy gaming!

A Closer Look at NHL 13 GM Connected

We have spent quite some time breaking down the newest game mode in NHL 13 called GM Connected.  Today, EA Sports has decided to dive even deeper and give us a deeper look into what you can do.

GM Connected looks incredibly awesome but we will let you judge that for yourself.  Take a look at the 3 minute video below which gives you the full details.  Let us know what you think in the comments section.

Kinect Integration Comes To Madden 13

Yesterday we wrote about FIFA 13’s Kinect integration and today we have a video on how the Kinect will be implemented into Madden NFL 13.  You can hot route receivers, audible to a new play, and a few other things on offense while on defense you can run commit, pass commit, hot route specific players, and audible.

It is by far the best use of Kinect that I have ever seen in a sports video game.  You can judge for yourself by watching the short video below.

Madden 13 is set to be released on August 28th, 2012.

NHL 13 Adds Online GM Connected Mode

Fans of EA Sports’ upcoming hockey video game, NHL 13, should be delighted to hear about GM connected mode.  Here is what the team working on the NHL 13 had to say,

GM Connected: The franchise’s most popular mode (Be a GM) gets connected allowing gamers to manage, play, or coach with and against friends in their own 30 team human controlled league. GM’s can also take their experience with them with a mobile companion app, ensuring that they’ll never miss a single moment.

If executed correctly, this could be one of the best game modes in a long time.  We have the trailer below.

Kinect Makes FIFA 13 Even Better

The news on FIFA 13 keeps getting better and better.  Today EA Sports released a video showcasing exactly how you can use Kinect on the XBOX 360 to make the game even better.

FIFA 13 with Kinect enables you to use voice commands to manage your club’s line-up and tactics without pausing the game, shout directions on the pitch in Be A Pro, and forces you to temper the way you talk to officials!

Check out the video below where Ian Jarvis (FIFA 13 Kinect Producer) goes over the full details.
