It’s hard to believe but after an 11 year hiatus, we are just months away from a new college football video game!
Even though over a decade has passed since NCAA Football 14 was released (we remember since we were here covering it) fans everywhere are still as passionate as ever.
What was originally supposed to be a 2023 release got pushed back to 2024 but we’ve received confirmation from CollegeFootball.gg that three of the most important game modes will be in EA Sports College Football 25.
First and foremost, not only will dynasty mode be in the game, it is EA Sports’ #1 priority in the game.
The details on it are still a little scarce but we can have confidence that it’ll be just as good as in the older NCAA Football video games.
Road to Glory will also be in the game. How exactly it will work with recruiting and NIL deals and everything else still remains to be seen.
And finally the game mode we all knew was coming: Ultimate Team. You’ll be able to build your dream team by purchasing packs, working the auction house, and grinding the game.
As long as the priority remains dynasty mode, we’ll be fine with Ultimate Team in the game.
After all, the more money EA is able to make from the Ultimate Team high rollers, the better chance the franchise has to survive.
EA Sports College Football 25 is set to be released exclusively on the PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S. You’ll be able to get your hands on it in July!
