Huge NCAA Football 13 Glitch

Those of you who follow VG Strategy know that we love our sports video games so we play them as soon and as often as we can. While playing NCAA Football 13 a few days ago, I noticed a weird glitch during an online game versus a buddy of mine. Pretty much when it is done, the entire defense either goes into QB spies or rushes the quarterback leaving your wide receivers wide open down the field. Just to emphasize how dangerous it is, the video was filmed on Heisman difficulty level with Texas State (D overall) vs. Alabama (A+ overall, #1 team in the nation). The video below shows the glitch as well as a few different ways stopping it.

Please please please don’t abuse this against unsuspecting people online. Hopefully it gets patched up by EA Sports soon. However if you have a buddy that is always beating you or annoying you, whip this play out for fun just to get a reaction out of him.

Arsenal’s New Away Kit in FIFA 13

EA Sports has released a video of Arsenal’s new away kit via their YouTube channel. The design and graphics look pretty awesome. They also included the introductions and some gameplay in this trailer. More FIFA 13 videos should start to come out soon.

Today is all about the running game in NCAA Football 13 so we are going over a play that will get you consistent chunks of yardage every time. This play requires no fancy setup or adjustments which makes it even more powerful. For optimum results, mix this play into a scheme so that it doesn’t become predictable.

NCAA Football 13 Tips: Nickel 2-4-5 Cover 3 Bluff

Now that NCAA Football 13 is in the hands of the general public, we will continue with our daily NCAA Football 13 tips series. In today’s video tip we will be going over a play that brings solid pressure with only a 4 man rush. It is strictly a pass defense so only call this play in situations where you are confident your opponent will not be running.

Formation: Nickel 2-4-5

Play: Cover 3 Bluff

Setup:

Shift and crash your d-line to the right
Shift your linebackers to the left
Move your blitzing MLB up a few steps

Madden 13 Ultimate Team Info

EA Sports has released their seventh and final playbook for Madden 13. This one goes over Madden 13 ultimate team in detail. After the huge success of MUT in past years, EA Sports has decided to expand and add new features to the mode.

A few key additions to this year’s ultimate team are team captains, solo challenges, a brand new MUT website, and an area to place extra cards. There is also compatibility between the newest game mode, connected careers, and MUT.

Double Nano Blitz in NCAA 13

Before we get too far into this post, it should be said that VG Strategy does not encourage or discourage specific playing styles. Every gamer has the right to play however they would like and we respect that here. For those of you who identify as “sim gamers” this tip is useful so you know what type of stuff is out there so you can find ways to stop it. For those of you do whatever it takes to win, this tip will help you get extreme pressure on defense.

Formation: 4-2-5 Normal

Play: Bullets DBL A

Setup:

Hot route both DT’s to qb contain routes
Move MLB on the right directly over the DT
Move MLB on the left between the DE and DT on the other side.
