UFC Undisputed 3 Full Roster

THQ released the full roster for UFC Undisputed 3 today via their Youtube channel.  It is the biggest roster in any mixed martial arts game to date.  UFC 3 will feature 150 fighter spread across 7 different weight classes and PRIDE.  UFC Undisputed 3 is looking to build off the momentum of the previous 2 UFC games.  Putting in a loaded roster such like this one will surely help them with that cause.  You can view the full roster and weight class breakdown on the official UFC Undisputed website or you can see  the UFC 3 roster trailer below.

Fifa 12 Turn and Spin Tip

As we look forward to Fifa 13, we don’t want to forget about those of you who still play Fifa 12.  Today’s tip goes over the Turn and Spin trick that will have you scoring more goals in no time. You will need a five star skill player to pull off the move.  However, a four star skill player can do a similar move called the stop and spin that is about as effective.  It is very easy to execute, just hold down the L2 button then flick the right stick forward then left or right depending on which way you want to go.

First MLB 12 The Show Video

The first video for MLB 12: The Show is now out.  In this video, MLB 12 The Show Community Manager, Ramone Rusell goes over some of the new features added to the game like zone analog batting and pulse pitching.  A new feature that Ramone seems very excited about is the true broadcast presentiation.  The presentation will be much improved with more realistic camera cuts, increased detail in the commentary, and accurate player emotions.  MLB 12 looks to have a much closer attention to detail in this year’s addition which is great news for all fans of The Show.

MLB 12 The Show has a release date set for March 6th, 2011 and will be available on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita.

NCAA Football 12 Patch

It looks like another patch will be coming out for NCAA Football 12.  The patch will address the “transfer failed” problem that has caused lots of online dynasties to completely give up on the game.  Apparently, the issue has been identified and the guys over at EA Sports are working on fixing it and putting out a patch soon.  The timing is a little off since the college football season ended earlier this week meaning that the amount of people still playing NCAA Football 12 will start to drop off significantly.

For those of you that are hardcore NCAA Football fans, this is great news although very late.  If they are able to fix the problem now, EA Sports will be able to focus their efforts on other things for next year’s NCAA Football 13 game.  Is there anything else that you hope will be addressed in this patch?  Let us know in the comments section.

UFC Undisputed 3 Gameplay

UFC Undisputed 3’s THQ Tank, Nick Robertson, and Wes Bunn go over some of the new features in their upcoming game. One of the most notable things seen in the video below is the addition of fighter entrances to UFC 3.  The announcers, Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg, give you some some insight into each fighter’s history and strengths so that novices can have a better idea about their fighter and their opponent’s fighter.  Another cool feature is the brand new submission system which looks to be a huge improvement from the last UFC game.  At the end of each fight, you will see a fight metric report which goes over exactly why you were beat or how you dominated you opponent.

5. Brian Witherspoon (Giants CB 56 overall) – This guy has speed to burn.  The ex-Jacksonville Jaguar return man found his way onto the Giants roster this year as a cornerback and return specialist.  His 97 speed ratings coupled with his 96 acceleration makes him extremely dangerous on a cornerback blitz or on special teams.
 
4. Trindon Holiday (Texans WR 50 overall) – This 5’5″ sensation will keep the defense honest.  When you put him on the field with Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels and Arian Foster, the defense will have to always be aware of the deep ball which opens up the run game and the underneath passes.  You can also use him on kick and punt returns.  Very few others can keep up with his 97 speed and 96 acceleration ratings.
 
3. Da’Rel Scott (Giants RB 58 overall) – Scott provides a great alternative to Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs.  By now you can probably see the common theme in this list is speed and Da’Rel has plenty of that with a 96 rating.  Find a way to get him on the field and you will not be disappointed.
 
2. Dontay Moch (Bengals LOLB 59 overall) – Dontay Moch often gets lost in the Bengals stellar Madden defense.  He is the perfect linebacker to manually control with his 93 jump, 91 speed, and 92 acceleration ratings.  His only significant downfall is the 48 awareness statistic which becomes irrelevant when user controlled.  The man is a monster rushing the quarterback and is one of the best defenders in Madden 12 when used correctly.
 
1. Jameson Konz (Seahawks LE 52 overall) – This defensive end has statistics like a wide receiver: 90 speed, 67 catch, 69 spectacular catch and 96 jump.  You can manually rush him or drop him back into coverage which will lead to confusion from the offense.  Konz is relatively unknown but should be absolutely feared in Madden.
